Hi, I’m Sol — recruiter, career strategist, and founder of CroX.
Originally from Argentina, I studied Human Resources and spent years working in aviation before discovering recruitment — a space where I found the perfect mix of people, purpose, and challenge.
Since then, I’ve worked with dozens of professionals and companies across Germany, LATAM, the United States, and Canada — building a recruitment approach that’s honest, strategic, and truly human.
I’m also passionate about languages and connection — currently learning German and Italian — because communication is at the heart of what I do.
